We offer same day service, and can usually respond in 1-4 hours. Our response time will depend on the pick-up location and the availability, as well as the proximity of a truck and crew. We bill at quarter hour increments rather than whole hours.
For decorators, designers and furniture dealers we offer SIT (storage in transit) terms of up to 2 weeks holding with no additional charges if we are doing the pick-up and delivery of the items being stored.
