elevator availability, certificates of insurance, masonite
(protective sheets for carpets or floors) and anything else we will
need to make your office move as smooth as possible. You need
everything inventoried and laid out identically in your next
building? No problem; our crews can use digital imaging to set up
layouts mirroring the previous floor-plan. We even have mechanics
(disassembly specialists) on hand if your desks, returns, cabinets
or other fixtures need to be taken apart and reassembled at your new
location.

and/or your building may require a 'certificate of Insurance’. The
Velvet Touch carries a five million dollar General Liability Insurance
Policy. This covers all requirements for every residential building in
Manhattan.
You
may wish to consult your superintendent or building manager to find
out if your building has certificate of insurance requirements. Every
building’s requirements are different, so make sure your moving
company gets the correct details. If your building has a separate
service elevator, you can also check if it is available the day you
wish to move.
